Our goal is to always make our customers happy and before we can even begin to perform a routine weekly or bi-weekly maintenance cleaning on a home, there is usually a variety of “first-time” tasks which really do require extra attention on our first visit. It's not uncommon for our teams to spend two to three times longer on a first-time cleaning. It would be impossible for your team to “skip” our first-time cleaning routine and carry on maintaining your home in a satisfactorily-clean fashion. There’s a big difference between “old dirt” and “new dirt”. If you don’t get rid of the old dirt, no matter how hard we try, by simply removing the new dirt isn’t going to make things look sparkling fresh and clean.

We always start our new clients with our Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleaning,
which includes the following:

 

•  Ceiling fan blades (hand washed or wiped) & light fixtures (hand washed in place/not removed)

•  Cobwebs removed

•  Blinds & shutters (vacuumed or wiped w/micro fiber)

•  Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)

•  Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)

•  Lamps & lampshades (dusted or vacuumed w] attachment)

•  Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)

•  Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)

•  Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)

•  Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave

•  Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed

•  All Cabinet fronts (washed)

•  All Interior Doors (washed)

•  Light switch plates (washed)

•  Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)

•  All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)

•  Mirrors (Windexed all way to top")

•  Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed if build up)

•  All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)

•  Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)

•  Remake beds or change sheets if new ones left out

•  Floors (vacuumed &/ or mopped)

 

Please note:

We do not climb higher than a 3 step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster.

We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

We cannot guarantee the results of mini blind or shutter cleanings. Excessive build up will require cleaning from a blind cleaning professional.

Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave. We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
