 $150 per month / One visit per week

• Property ground inspection

• Mail collection

• Run household water & check for leaks

• Flush Toilets

• Inspect & secure windows & doors

 

Basic Package B

$250 per month / Two visits per week

• Property ground inspection

• Mail collection

• Run household water & check for leaks

• Flush Toilets

• Inspect & secure windows & doors

 

Value Package

• $350 per month / Receive the Basic Package plus:

• One additional visit per week(total 3)

• Sweep all entryways

• Check irrigation

• Check timers

• Check filters

• Check A/C
