It may seem like an empty house should take very little time to clean, however it takes at least twice as long to clean an empty home compared to an occupied house. 

 

Many clients will be very surprised how much dust hides underneath and behind their furniture that is exposed when they move. Please be aware that there is only so much "old dirt" that we will be able to clean up.

 

Our Move In / Out Cleanings include the following:

 

Kitchen

• Clean all counters/appliances including microwave

• Scrub sinks 

• Wipe inside and outside of all cabinets, drawers

• Wipe pantry shelves 

• Refrigerator: wipe out shelves and drawers (if requested) 

• Oven: Clean inside including drawer (if requested) 

 

Bathrooms

• Clean all vanities and scrub sinks

• Clean toilets 

• Clean showers/tubs 

• Clean mirrors and any other fixtures, including vanity lighting

• Wipe inside and outside of all cabinets, drawers and medicine cabinets 

 

• Wash ceiling fans & light fixtures in place, by hand

• Hand wash all base boards 

• Wash all cabinets with all-purpose cleaner 

• Wash all interior doors, door frames and light switches

• Wipe shelves inside all closets

• Vacuum air return vents within reach(some high ceilings can only be reached w/wool duster) 

• Vacuum all carpet crevices (crevice along the edge where bugs, animal hair or carpet fibers collect) 

• Vacuum dusty blinds 

• Thoroughly vacuum & mop all bare floors 

• Vacuum all carpeted areas including all closet

• Potshelves and windows inside and outside (if requested)

Please note:

We do not climb higher than a 3 step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster.

We cannot guarantee the results of mini blind or shutter cleanings. Excessive build up will require cleaning from a blind cleaning professional.

Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave. We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
